With his light years of experiences and success, Paul John has harboured the secrets of answering the phone and he knows exactly what customers need from a directory assistance company. Obssessed with not taking calls, Paul John used these acquired knowledge to get himself 'promoted' to being a SMS agent. No longer pursued by irate callers, Paul John K. Claviolo Jr. returns to work, this time not knowing what to do to give customers their requested information.
